Public transport – Mobility within your region!
The HANSeatische Eisenbahn GmbH (HANS) stands for on-rail mobility. The company operates several regional train lines within the Prignitz and Ostprignitz-Ruppin regions in the Northwest of Brandenburg, as well as in the South of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. As a regional company, we are enabling the continued existence of public transport in rural areas, specificially targeting the areas we come from.
Customer service is of special importance to us. Our passengers are encouraged to turn to our railroad engineers and our conductors if questions arise during their train journey. Moreover, customers may also pose inquiries to our qualified staff overseeing our customer centres in Kyritz and Pritzwalk. The same applies to our ticket office in Wesenberg.
We work closely together with local authorities and stakeholders along our rail routes.
